If you are reaching out regarding a recent order, questions regarding shipping and shipping time frames will not be answered unless the order is over two weeks old. 
We are shipping ALL orders within 5 business days and this allows approximately one week for USPS delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience however we cannot produce products, fill orders, and respond to all communications in a timely manner being a small family run business. With that being said we do check emails and if you have a genuine question or concern please reach out!
