The TAG Tender is a continuous loop attached to our new and upgraded D Ring. Our new D Ring was custom designed and built by The Amsteel Guy to work with our USA Series. These new rings have a wedged design for easier tending, rounded notches made for Amsteel and a heavier duty profile to prevent breaking. All USA Series products come with a TAG Tender, this is a replacement product or an upgraded product from our previously used Beast Tenders.

I reach out via email a couple times with only an auto generated response. I called and left a message, didn't recieve a call until I complained in a different review (I ordered more than one thing). Recieved a call and painfully discussed that I didn't recieve the order and I have no ideal how the shipping address was not the same as what my shop pay said (I have verified multiple times). Ultimately Sam agreed to replace the miss-sent order which is awesome however and I am struggling to to get a replacement. I understand a small business and that it takes a commitment. I am sure it's very busy but simple mistakes can sink you. If I receive the order I will change both of my reviews.
